Im not exactly sure what David does. Is he a Builder, a Project manager an Interior Architect? He certainly put all of those skills to task throughout my project with him. To put it succinctly, he didn’t renovate my apartment, he helped create my home.

I was referred to David Aviv (Sun Projects) because I wanted someone who could undertake the challenging task of completely renovating my apartment according to my standards.
In addition to playing a critical role in the design and remodelling the structural elements of the project, David directly supported all aspects of design and decorating including: Cabinet/ Joinery Design and finishes, Bathroom PC and Tile finishes, Stone bench tops, Flooring selections (Timber and Carpet), wall treatments, lighting, colour schemes plus blinds and curtains. Lastly David marshalled a team of high quality tradespeople to service each aspect of the project, established and maintained a detailed integrated project plan during the entire project to keep the trades team and suppliers on track. At all times David was thinking ahead to the next deadlines and planning for each step in an organised and efficient manner to ensure the materials would be available on time. He consulted frequently, kept me updated on progress every step of the way and made himself available usually at least once each week for a detailed walk through. I always found David to be straightforward in explaining any issues that arose, thoughtful about how to address them and where required providing possible options. He was always a pleasure to work with and he appeared to maintain an excellent working relationship with the tradespeople and suppliers. In summary David acted as the structural designer, overall project planner plus the project manager integrating across all elements of the project including the deign and decorating details! This was the sixth significant renovation or new build I have undertaken over the last 40 years and I have not encountered previously one person who could extend across this breadth of service as a one-stop-shop. It facilitated the integration of the process and moved more effectively, efficiently and seemingly effortlessly from my vantage point. This together with David's manner and his eye for detail enabled the creation of a high quality home that is a pleasure to return home to each day!
