I had never renovated before so was very apprehensive, however Dave made the whole thing very easy. He took the time out to run everything through with me and answered all my silly questions with great detail. He was also exceptional in dealing with my nervous neighbours (I live in a company titled apartment) which took the weight and pressure off my shoulders.
I was told by friends and family before I renovated to “double the time and cost they quote you” however Dave was accurate on both these fronts – which was great.
